Approximate the chance that the next card is High (10–A), Low (2–6), or Mid (7–9), based on count + shoe remaining.

Counting strategy

Hi-Lo: 2–6 = +1, 7–9 = 0, 10/J/Q/K/A = -1. Uses an approximation for next-card bucket odds from running count and decks remaining.
